Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Cement Technician to join our cement plant operations in North America.

The role involves multi-skilled maintenance, safety-first practices, and hands-on work with heavy equipment to keep operations running smoothly. You will perform inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance, including rigging, welding, lubrication, and mechanical alignments, while adhering to all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work any shift and in outdoor, dusty, confined spaces, and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cement plant equipment and systems.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs (rigging, cutting, welding, fitting, lubrication, alignments).
• Troubleshoot equipment during operation and downtime to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation and participate in team activities while following safety policies.
