Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America in the United States is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead daily cement production activities, ensuring safety, quality and environmental objectives are met while maintaining operational reliability. You will coordinate plant resources and personnel to maximize productivity and equipment performance, monitor processes, and drive improvements.

You will coach teammates and foster accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to analyze operational data, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Proven capability to drive results, manage competing priorities, and support a positive workplace culture.
• Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity.
• Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.

Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
