Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Cement Production Supervisor to lead daily cement production activities and drive safety, quality, and environmental objectives at our Alabama site. You will coordinate plant resources and personnel to maximize productivity, monitor processes, and implement improvements for reliability.

As a leader, you will coach the team, foster accountability, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to meet business goals and sustain a safe, efficient operation.

# Cement Production Supervisor**About Us**Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials.
