Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Cement & White Cement Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities at our cement facility in the United States. You will coach and deploy resources to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets while driving continuous improvement.
The role requires strong leadership in a manufacturing setting, deep knowledge of production operations, and excellent data-driven decision-making.
About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.
Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments. May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity. Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
