Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Cement & White Cement Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities at our cement facility in the United States. You will coach and deploy resources to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership in a manufacturing setting, deep knowledge of production operations, and excellent data-driven decision-making.

Line of Business: Cement & White Cement Production Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate plant resources and personnel to maximize productivity and equipment performance.
  • Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Coach, develop, and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments. May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity. Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
