Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a supervisor to lead daily production operations across teams and ensure safety and quality across all activities. You will mentor staff on equipment, procedures, and best practices while monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires effective communication across levels and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs in a large, multi-location environment.
Lead daily operations and assign tasks to team members to meet production goals
Ensure safety and quality compliance across all work activities
Train and mentor team members on equipment, procedures, and best practices
Monitor performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as point-of-contact between crews and management
Proven ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Clear and confident communication across levels
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
Capability to adapt to changing operational needs
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Must meet Heidelberg Materials safety and attendance standards
$30.00 to $35.00 per hour
