Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Cement Production Supervisor to lead daily cement production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental goals across the plant.

You will coordinate resources and personnel, monitor processes, drive improvements, and develop the team while collaborating with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership to meet business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.

Work Environment

Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity.

Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
