Job summary

Amrize seeks a Production Technician to monitor and optimize cement plant production. You will follow instructions from the Production Coordinator and ensure efficient operation of all processes on site.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and a valid CDL is a plus. Strong safety awareness and basic SAP/Microsoft Office skills are essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with SAP/MMS software.
• Must be able to climb stairs/ladders and work in hot/cold environments.
• English reading/writing skills; able to pass safety and PPE training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor efficient operation of production processes.
• Perform routine inspections and report abnormalities; prepare maintenance work orders.
• Operate cement plant equipment including loaders and trucks.
• Perform lubrication, adjustments or repairs as directed.
• Comply with safety, health and environmental policies; keep work areas clean.
