Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of experience; leadership experience required.
• Cell therapy and aseptic manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily cell therapy manufacturing operations.
• Direct Supervisors and frontline staff.
• Ensure production schedules and business priorities are met.
• Maintain audit-ready cGMP facility and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for investigations and changes.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
