Job summary

Pierre Fabre is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. The Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) will help launch Tab-cel Ebvallo, drive disease awareness, and establish early cross-functional collaborations with medical, value and access teams.

You will lead onboarding at sites, map patient journeys, and scale operations across the territory, while recruiting and mentoring a high-growth team in a start-up like environment.

• Execute territory business plans with account KPIs and tactics.
