Job summary

The Cellular Therapy Director team will drive results by delivering innovative solutions for complex patients, collaborating across medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations to enable patient access.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution to build the US organization and scale our presence in the US

Qualifications

• Experience engaging medical, value and access stakeholders to support therapy launches.
• Strong ability to map accounts and develop strategic plans for new therapies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic account plans based on customer insights.
• Educate treatment center staff to optimize workflows and patient access.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure expedited access to Tab-cel for eligible patients.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and professional societies to advance the launch.
