Job summary

Pierre Fabre is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. We seek a strategic leader to drive the successful launch of Tab-cel and lead the Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) team, delivering results for complex patients with EBV+ PTLD.

The CTAD will guide disease awareness, clinical/non-clinical engagement, and onboarding for allogeneic cell therapy, then drive demand and cross-functional support post-approval within assigned US territories.

Qualifications

• Experience in launching or leading commercial activities in pharma/biotech environments.
• Ability to navigate complex accounts and collaborate with medical, value & access, and operations functions.
• Strong understanding of disease areas like rare diseases and oncology and patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead disease awareness efforts in preapproval phase and onboarding for allogeneic cell therapy.
• Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts to map patient journeys and unmet needs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with insights from data to drive access and utilization.
