Pierre Fabre is establishing a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. We seek an experienced Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) to drive preapproval and post-approval activities for Tab-celEbvallo, engaging with cell therapy centers, transplant programs, and medical societies.

This role demands strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a patient-centric approach across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in biopharma.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in a collaborative, complex matrix environment.
• Ability to understand and convey complex treatment modalities.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead disease awareness and preapproval activities for EBV+ PTLD and Tab-cel.
• Develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts to map patient journeys.
• Design and execute strategic account plans across treating institutions.
• Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet need, and current standards of care.
• Coordinate with US cross-functional teams to ensure efficient patient access.
• Travel nationally up to 70% to manage territory and partnerships.
