Responsibilities

• Support development and optimization of cell and gene therapy products.
• Evaluate cryobag fill and its impact on cryopreservation performance.
• Characterize temperature profiles during freezing and thawing in various configurations.
• Assess impact of cryopreservation on process consistency and post-thaw cell quality.
• Perform aseptic cell culture techniques and PBMC isolation procedures.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical methods.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions on experimental design and process development strategies.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and document procedures according to guidelines.
