Johnson & Johnson in Malvern, PA is seeking a Co-op for the TDS Cell & Gene Therapy Development Analytical Development (AD) organization. The position focuses on characterizing products for advanced therapy modalities, with a January to June 2027 term, full-time (40 hours per week).

Qualifications

Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year is required.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related fields.
GPA of 3.0+ required.
Enrolled for duration of co-op (Jan–Jun 2027).

Responsabilités

Develop and establish an end-to-end automated dPCR-based method for lentiviral vector quality attributes.
Analyze and interpret experimental results using analytical and statistical techniques.
Participate in weekly meetings with internal and external collaborators.
Assist in design of experiments to fill knowledge gaps.
Maintain a laboratory notebook and required documentation.
Provide project support as needed.
