• Support cell line engineering to improve protein production, folding and secretion.
• Collaborate with proteomics and cross-functional teams to evaluate targets.
• Perform aseptic cell culture and molecular biology techniques in the lab.
• Support experimental characterization using Western blot, RT-qPCR, digital PCR, flow cytometry.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data with statistical methods.
• Participate in experimental design discussions and problem-solving.
• Present findings in meetings with internal/external collaborators.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and documentation.
