Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must not have conflicting internship or employment during the specified dates.
• Hands-on experience with aseptic cell culture required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Investigate stress and secretory pathways in CHO cells to identify bottlenecks.
• Support cell line engineering to improve production, folding, and secretion.
• Collaborate with proteomics and cross-functional teams to evaluate targets.
• Conduct laboratory experiments using aseptic cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
• Support characterization using Western blot, RT-qPCR, digital PCR, and flow cytometry.
• Analyze and interpret experimental results using statistical methods.
• Participate in experimental design discussions and problem-solving.
• Communicate findings in meetings with internal and external collaborators.
• Maintain accurate lab notebooks and documentation.
• Provide additional laboratory and project support as needed.
