Pratt & Whitney is constructing an Advanced Casting Foundry (ACF) in its Asheville, NC factory. We seek a seasoned Cell Leader to assist the ACF startup onsite and help with long-term production planning.

You will lead, onboard, and coach skilled staff, drive safety, quality, and cost improvements, and manage projects with cross-functional teams. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a strong focus on Lean/SPS principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract information.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup of a greenfield foundry in Asheville.
• Onboard and train operators for facility standup.
• Drive safety, quality, production, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Manage daily supervision, projects, and cross-functional coordination.
• Create work schedules aligned with customer requirements and resources.
• Foster team development via daily toolbox meetings and clear communications.
