Job summary

Siegfried is seeking a dynamic BD Manager to translate complex technical and commercial inputs into persuasive proposals for the cell and gene therapy space. The role requires scientific credibility and a proven track record in proposal writing.

You will lead the proposal process across functions, organize market intelligence, and develop marketing collateral while supporting BD opportunities with potential customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical acumen in viral vectors and gene therapy.
• Proven experience writing complex proposals in a biopharmaceutical environment.
• Professional, self-directed work style with minimal oversight.
• Track record of following through on assignments and delivering work to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own the proposal-writing process and lead client proposals in collaboration with BD, SMEs, PM, and executives.
• Organize and synthesize market intelligence to support the BD team.
• Translate market needs into effective marketing materials and messaging.
• Own and maintain corporate slide presentations; prepare marketing collateral electronically and in print.
• Contribute to website content development.
• Support BD by helping identify sales opportunities and interacting with potential customers.
