Job summary

CPC is seeking a seasoned professional to become the subject matter expert for Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy markets, driving strategic plans and collaborating across product management, marketing, and sales to meet customer needs. You will help shape automation strategies and product roadmaps while engaging with OEMs and distributors globally.

The role requires extensive biopharma market experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 25% to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences and/or business.
• Minimum 3+ years in technology/product development.
• 5+ years in the biopharma market.
• Experience/education in cell culture, cell therapy, gene therapy.
• Engineering design/automation experience.
• Proven strategic thinking skills.
• Creative problem solver.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with fluid-handling products/single-use technology.
• Experience working with OEM and distribution channel dynamics.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Become the SME regarding customer expectations and global market requirements for Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy markets.
• Develop understanding of CPC Biotech products for biopharma/CT/GT markets and analyze competitors/customers.
• Develop and implement annual and long-term strategic plans to grow assigned segments.
• Collaborate with directors, product management and sales teams to address customer needs and implement CPC Biotech products.
• Advise on automation of the single-use connection process in drug manufacturing.
• Identify new products or improvements with PM and engineering for CT/GT needs.
• Conduct market research and provide customer input into roadmaps.
• Contribute to Win the Spec strategies with key customers.
• Develop messaging and campaigns to increase leads and revenue in CT/GT markets.
• Engage with industry associations and advocate CPC Biotech internally.
• Assist in pricing and profitability strategy input.
• Promote CPC Biotech needs and value globally.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and strategic accounts.
