McKesson Corporation is seeking an experienced Treatment Center Account Director to expand our network of Cell & Gene Therapy treatment centers across health systems, hospitals, and clinics. You will combine strategic account management with consultative selling to win new centers, grow partnerships, and drive adoption of our products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience with typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in consultative selling and strategic account management, business development, or sales within pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.
• Demonstrated success winning new business and expanding complex, high-value healthcare accounts.
• Experience working with multiple senior healthcare decision-makers and navigating complex negotiations and contracting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare delivery.
• Cell & Gene Therapy, advanced therapies, specialty distribution, or treatment center experience strongly preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new Cell & Gene Therapy treatment center accounts through consultative selling while expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Develop strategic account and territory plans that drive growth, retention, and adoption of products and services.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, financial, and executive decision-makers.
• Lead and coordinate new customer contracting, onboarding, and implementation in partnership with internal teams.
• Provide consultative solutions around pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmacy services, technology, and treatment center needs.
• Educate customers on available services, solutions, and best practices to maximize value and performance.
• Partner across Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and other functions to solve complex customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
