Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Treatment Center Account Director to expand and strengthen our Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) and advanced therapy treatment center network across health systems, hospitals, and specialized clinics. You will lead consultative selling, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sales to contract, onboard, and implement solutions, while traveling up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare sales or account management.
• Experience selling to cell & gene therapy or specialty pharma environments is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to win new business and expand complex healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new CGT treatment center accounts through consultative selling.
• Develop strategic account and territory plans that drive growth, retention, and adoption of products and services.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, financial, and executive decision-makers.
• Lead and coordinate new customer contracting, onboarding, and implementation in partnership with internal teams.
• Provide consultative solutions around pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmacy services, technology, and treatment center needs.
• Educate customers on available services, solutions, and best practices to maximize value and performance.
• Partner across Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and other functions to solve complex customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
