Job summary

VIA Consulting Services in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a motivated CEI Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to support business development, marketing, and client engagement across Florida and Georgia. Full-time, in-person role located in Jacksonville with periodic travel, requiring collaboration with technical staff and leadership to craft compliant proposals.

Responsibilities include tracking opportunities, coordinating submittals, and promoting VIA’s CEI services at events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposal coordination, business development, marketing, administrative support, or client engagement within engineering/CEI/transportation or professional services is preferred.
• Familiarity with FDOT, county, municipal, public-sector, and transportation procurement processes is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, organization, communication, networking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to read CEI scopes, forms, submittal instructions, and proposal requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with technical staff, managers, clients, teaming partners, and leadership while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/support tools and marketing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and track CEI, transportation, infrastructure, municipal, utility, and construction opportunities, including FDOT and public-sector solicitations.
• Maintain a pursuit pipeline with deadlines, client contacts, teaming partners, and proposals.
• Coordinate qualifications packages, letters of interest, proposals, and required submittal documents.
• Work with staff to collect CEI qualifications and prepare compliant proposal materials.
• Attend events to promote VIA’s CEI services and build client relationships.
• Represent VIA at conferences, meetings, and agency outreach events.
• Support brochures, capability statements, presentations, social media, and other marketing materials.
