Description

Eisman & Russo, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience in the A/E/C industry to support our Marketing and Business Development efforts. This position will assist in the preparation of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and marketing materials primarily for public-sector clients, including FDOT, municipalities, counties, and local agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, organizational, graphic layout, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting civil engineering and CEI pursuits is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of letters of interest, statements of qualifications (SOQs), presentations, and interview materials for public-sector pursuits.
• Review RFQs/RFPs and identify submission requirements, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and compliance items.
• Develop proposal schedules and compliance checklists and coordinate internal deadlines.
• Gather and organize project information, resumes, project descriptions, references, and supporting materials for proposal development.
• Assist with technical editing, proofreading, formatting, and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Coordinate printing, assembly, and electronic submission of proposal packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or a related field, or proven experience.
• 1–3 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.
• Experience with FDOT, municipal, county, or other public-sector procurement processes strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Acrobat.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM and proposal database systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content development tools is a plus.
