Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking an experienced CEI Manager to build and lead the Florida CEI practice from Tampa. The role focuses on growing the CEI program, forming teaming partnerships, and pursuing FDOT and local government projects.

You will hire, train, and manage CEI staff, oversee contracts, develop budgets, and maintain strong client relationships across statewide opportunities.

Qualifications

• Progressive transportation CEI leadership and management experience in Florida.
• IEEE?
• Experience on FDOT programs and projects required.
• Business development and client services management experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow WRA’s CEI practice in Florida and expand client relationships.
• Lead business development efforts and CEI pursuits statewide.
• Prepare CEI scopes, budgets, and proposals; oversee staff and contracts.
