Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across tech and business.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with backlog management and sprint planning.
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and audience management.

Responsibilities

• Own and champion the CDP roadmap balancing priorities and feasibility.
• Turn business needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
• Lead product planning, backlog refinement, sprints, and releases.
• Partner with Engineering to develop scalable data models, segments, and audiences.
• Communicate roadmap, priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to leadership.
• Ensure the platform evolves with a fast-moving business and changing customer expectations.
