Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Product Manager for the Consumer Data Platform to own the roadmap and turn raw customer data into smarter marketing and personalized experiences across channels.

You will partner with Engineering, Solution Architecture, and business leaders to deliver scalable data models, audience segmentation, and data quality governance while driving fast, connected customer experiences for a global brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, real-world solutions.
• Fluent in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and handling shifting priorities.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation.
• Experience with CDP platforms and data governance is a plus.
• Familiarity with identity resolution and cross-system data movements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and champion the CDP roadmap and translate business needs into user stories.
• Prioritize features based on business impact and customer value.
• Lead product planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and releases.
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable data models and audiences.
• Communicate roadmap progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Cross-team alignment to deliver large initiatives with Solution Architecture.
