Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Product Manager for CDP to own the roadmap turning raw customer data into smarter marketing and personalized digital experiences. You will partner with business leaders, solution architecture, and production support to ensure scalable, fast-moving platform delivery that enhances customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience — you know how to ship.
• A natural at stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• A proven ability to turn business needs into scalable, real-world solutions.
• Fluent in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and juggling shifting priorities.
• Sharp understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation.
• Skilled at making complex technical ideas click for business audiences.
• Hands-on CDP platform experience, with a strong grasp of data quality governance and consumer privacy is a plus.
• Deep familiarity with identity resolution, segmentation architecture, and cross-system data movements a plus.
• Comfort working across cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise data ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and champion the CDP roadmap — translate business needs into action.
• Turn big-picture business needs into crisp user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria engineers love to build from.
• Call the shots on prioritization — weigh business impact, customer value, and feasibility.
• Run the show on product planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and releases.
• Team up with engineering to build scalable data models, Data Cloud segments, and audiences.
• Keep leadership and stakeholders in the loop with clear roadmap updates and progress.
• Be the go-to voice connecting CDP Platform Engineering with the business.
• Break roadblocks, align teams, and drive decisions forward.
