Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team early in 2027. This role blends customer engagement with internal execution, leading a portfolio of external programs and internal CDMO initiatives to scale our business.

You will partner with Operations and site teams in multiple locations, build detailed project plans for launches, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities, and ensure timely invoicing and clear status reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in project or program management in pharma CDMO or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, including tech transfers or launches.
• Strong cross-functional pharma workflows knowledge (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with discipline and follow-through.
• Excellent communication with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership across CDMO/CMO programs.
• Cross-site coordination with Operations and site teams in multiple locations.
• End-to-end project management for launches, tech transfers, and commercial activities.
• Internal CDMO build-out projects to improve processes, governance, and tools.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support commercial handoff and execution with clear accountability.
• Prepare status reports, action logs, and decision trackers.
• Coordinate milestones with Finance/Commercial for timely invoicing.
