Job summary

Good Samaritan, Inver Grove Heights facility, invites applications for a Director-level Nutrition and Food Services role. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee diet/menu planning, and ensure quality service in a not-for-profit senior care environment.

We seek candidates with advanced education and at least three years in dietary management; CDM certification or RD preferred, Serv Safe within a year. Primary location is Inver Grove Heights, MN with a daytime, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced education preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience required in the area of hire.
• CDM certification or a registered dietitian preferred. If necessary, acquire Serv Safe certification within a year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department.
• Oversee diet and menu planning and related food services functions.
• Monitor dispensing and distribution of food and related supplies.
• Collaborate with IT/services to implement changes and timelines.
