Atrium Centers in Allendale, MI is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the dietary team and ensure residents receive safe, nutritious meals. You will oversee daily operations, menu planning, regulatory compliance, budgeting and teamwork with nursing staff.

Qualifications include a CDM credential, ServSafe certification, and at least 2 years of food service management in healthcare or long-term care. Excellent leadership and sanitation knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food service management experience.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, diets, safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary operations including meal prep, service and sanitation.
• Develop and implement menus compliant with regulations and resident needs.
• Ensure meals follow physician orders and texture modifications.
• Monitor quality, portion control and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate dietary staff.
• Maintain sanitation and infection control compliance.
• Manage inventory, procurement and food costs.
• Record purchases, deliveries and departmental reporting.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams on nutrition.
• Participate in surveys, inspections and quality initiatives.
• Address resident and family dietary concerns.
