Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years clinical experience or 3–5 years in CDM revenue cycle required.
• Hospital billing and finance background strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party payer guidelines.
• Epic certification in CDM or related areas preferred or within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Directs revenue integrity functions to ensure accurate charge capture and timely billing.
• Monitor charge reconciliation, pre-bill edits, and denial prevention efforts.
• Develop tools and reports to identify lost revenue and process improvements.
• Lead CDM maintenance and ensure alignment with CPT/HCPCS and payer rules.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical departments, and leadership to optimize reimbursement.
