Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or healthcare admin; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 4 years clinical or CDM revenue cycle leadership experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC CDM and hospital billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Directs revenue integrity functions to ensure compliant charge capture and billing.
• Maintains the CDM and drives disclosure of changes with Epic and departments.
• Leads meetings and mentors staff to improve revenue cycle performance.
