Job summary

Healthcare Systems of America seeks a CDM Analyst to ensure accurate, compliant charge description master records within a MEDITECH environment and to support revenue integrity across CMS and payer guidelines.

The role collaborates with clinical, financial, compliance, contracting and IT teams to build, maintain and audit CDM records, support pricing updates, and drive regulatory adherence in a multi-market hospital network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Finance, Business, or related field.
3-5+ years of hospital Chargemaster experience, preferably in a MEDITECH environment.
Migration or system implementation experience preferred.
Proficient understanding of complex, multi-market hospital structure with multiple service lines.
Ability to interpret Medicare and NCCI guidelines, National and Local Coverage Determinations to support CDM integrity.
Effective written communication skills.
Customer service skills appropriate to the job.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and audit CDM records within Meditech, including procedures, supplies, implants, pharmaceuticals, and ancillary services.
Research and maintain charge attributes such as revenue codes, CPT/HCPCS, modifiers, units, charge methods, and effective dates.
Perform departmental CDM reviews to ensure all billable services are identified.
Ensure consistency between CDM build, clinical workflows, and downstream billing processes.
Manage CDM change requests using governance and approval processes.
Assist with charge ticket and charge workflow updates.
