Job summary

Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) is seeking a senior leader to oversee Revenue Integrity Operations and CDM/EPIC processes. The role focuses on accurate charge capture, accurate billing, and ongoing CDM optimization in coordination with hospital finance, IT, and clinical departments.

The candidate should bring 4+ years in CDM leadership, EPIC experience, and strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and third-party payer guidelines. A master's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or healthcare administration.
• Master’s degree preferred (RN, NP, PA).
• Certification in CPC-H, CPC, RHIT preferred; EPIC CDM/Resolute billing certs preferred.
• RN/PA/NP license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct revenue integrity and CDM operations to ensure accurate charge capture and billing.
• Lead CDM maintenance, updates, and integration with Epic systems.
• Monitor payer guidelines and ensure compliant charging and billing practices.
• Develop tools and reports to identify lost revenue and improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and leadership to Revenue Cycle staff.
