Job summary

WM is seeking CDL truck drivers for front, side, or rear-end load operations in the United States. The role involves transporting waste to disposal or recycling facilities, with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Start time is early, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays. Qualified candidates must hold a CDL with an air-brake endorsement (Class A or B) and be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, and complete records.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical.
• CDL license with air-brake endorsement (A or B) required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks per safety rules and DOT regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Report unsafe conditions and issues to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and follow route assignments.
