WM (Waste Management) is seeking drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks across residential and commercial routes. You will transport waste and recyclables to disposal or recycling facilities, performing safe, efficient pickups and adhering to all safety standards.

Competenze

• Must hold a CDL with an air-brake endorsement (Class A or B).
• 1 year CDL driving experience or 1 year military driving within last 7 years.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to read/write/speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete reports.

Mansioni

• Operates heavy-duty trucks in line with WM safety and DOT requirements.
• Conducts pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and documents DVIR.
• Communicates service interruptions and safety concerns to Dispatch/Operations Manager.
• Supports route planning to improve efficiency and protect customer service.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and checks out per procedures.
• Handles loading, unloading, and safe maneuvering in various environments.
