Job summary

WM (Waste Management) is seeking commercial drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks (front/side/rear-end) for waste and recycling collection in varied routes. You will transport materials to disposal or transfer facilities and handle residential or commercial pickups with attention to safety and efficiency.

Requirements include valid CDL with air-brake endorsement and the ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with air-brake endorsement.
• Ages 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful pre-employment screening including drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks in accordance with safety rules and DOT regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Dump receptacles completely and leave sites clean and safe.
• Provide reliable pick-up service of containers and communicate issues to Dispatch.

Education

CDL Class A with air-brake endorsement

CDL Class B with air-brake endorsement

High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
