WM (Waste Management) is seeking experienced CDL drivers in a role with clear opportunities for advancement. The position emphasizes safety, reliable route performance, and teamwork, with routine training and performance reviews. Drivers operate heavy-duty vehicles across residential, commercial, and roll-off duties, adhering to DOT and safety requirements while maintaining efficient routes and high service standards.

Formación

• 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical.
• CDL Class A with an air-brake endorsement or CDL Class B with an air-brake endorsement.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Operates heavy-duty trucks in line with safety rules and regulations.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Notifies management of unsafe situations or issues.
• Attends required trainings, briefings, and meetings.
• Assists in improving route efficiency and best practices.
• Dumps all receptacles and leaves the site clean.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and checkout.
