Formación

• CDL Class A or B with an air-brake endorsement required.
• 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical.

Responsabilidades

• Operates vehicle in accordance with Waste Management Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA and DOT requirements, and all local, state and federal laws.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle and documents checks using DVIR.
• Notifies Operations Manager or Dispatch of unsafe situations, service-related issues, incidents or safety hazards.
• Supports training, participates in required programs, and collaborates with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies.
• Completely dumps all receptacles and leaves the customer's location clean and free of debris.
