Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of transportation associates and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with DOT/OSHA and accurate electronic logs.
• Oversees labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Trains new associates and cross-trains existing staff.
• Directs proper use of company assets to support delivery operations.
• Coordinates required repairs with relevant departments.
• Reviews productivity and implements efficiency improvements.
• Enforces company policies and safety procedures.
• Communicates with warehouse and customer service to resolve issues.
• Visits customer locations to address delivery challenges.
