Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a Director of Training & Quality Assurance to serve as the subject matter expert for the CDL program. You will ensure FMCSA and state compliance, develop training for program directors and trainers, and drive fleet management for profitable, safe programs across the organization.

You will collaborate with Admissions, Business Development, and leadership to set training standards and monitor performance, addressing substandard areas with accountability and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience with CDL training programs and regulatory compliance is required.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and QA for the CDL program across multiple markets.
• Ensure FMCSA and state regulatory compliance for curricula.
• Develop and mentor CDL program directors, lead drivers, and trainers.
• Collaborate with admissions, business development, and leadership to set standards.
• Analyze testing results and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding and training with regional leaders and staff.
