Training emphasizes DOT/FMCSA compliance and customer-first service. You will start with pre/post-trip inspections, learn route efficiency, and grow into handling invoicing and store communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of commercial driving experience with CDL preferred.
• Class A CDL required.
• Must pass a DOT physical before start date.
• Must obtain a CDL permit within 45 business days if CDL not currently held.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre/post-trip inspections according to DOT requirements.
• Safely drives a truck with CDL; delivers and unloads products to accounts.
• Stocks shelves and displays; ensures proper rotation and credit handling.
• Obtains signatures, stamps, and invoices for daily settlements.
• Communicates issues to store personnel and management.
• Adheres to DOT and FMCSA regulations; performs other duties as assigned.
