Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Trainee DOT for route delivery operations in the Carolinas region. You will learn all aspects of the Route Delivery Driver role, delivering, unloading, and merchandising a growing beverage portfolio while adhering to safety and DOT/FMCSA standards.

The position emphasizes safety, customer service, and accurate daily reporting as you advance through training to independently manage designated accounts with efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• CDL experience preferred; ability to pass DOT physical.
• Strong customer service focus and clear communication.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post-trip inspections on the truck per DOT requirements.
• Safely drive and maneuver a delivery truck.
• Unload products and ensure proper check-in procedures.
• Stock shelves and displays; rotate products as needed.
• Obtain signatures, store stamps, and invoices for daily settlement.
• Communicate issues to store personnel and management.
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
