Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise CDL drivers and support dispatch operations
• Coordinate daily dispatch, routes, schedules, and coverage
• Ensure JIT and SPD deliveries are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain relationships with customer plant personnel and transportation teams
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies
• Provide driver coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Update customers on pickups, delays, and recovery plans
• Monitor driver schedules and transportation metrics, and drive continuous improvement
