Job summary

10-4 Logistics is currently seeking CDL-A trained drivers in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. Trainees earn $850 per week while training and progress to solo driving with earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week.

The program provides mentorship, paid orientation, and round-the-clock dispatch support. After completing training, you’ll drive your own assigned truck on Eastern regional routes with no-touch freight, paid holidays, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Willing to learn and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete mentor program and orientation.
• Operate no-touch dry van routes in Eastern region.
• Maintain safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with dispatch and support staff.
