10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to kick off a career in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. The program includes training, one-on-one mentoring, and a smooth path to solo driving with new trucks.

During training you earn $850 per week. After you go solo, expected earnings are $1,600–$1,800+ per week, with home time options and no-touch freight. The company provides round-the-clock dispatch, tolls and fuel program, and strong driver support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required with at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally and put safety first.

Responsibilities

• Attend paid orientation and training with a mentor.
• Operate assigned trucks after completing the mentor program.
• Maintain safety and compliance while on Eastern regional routes.
