Job summary

10-4 Logistics is recruiting CDL school graduates for its Eastern regional dry van fleet. Trainees receive one-on-one mentorship, paid orientation, and ongoing support to prepare for solo driving.

During training, earn $850 per week with weekly pay. After successful solo driving, expected earnings rise to $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits from day one are included, with dispatch support around the clock.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and put safety first.

Responsibilities

• Undergo paid orientation and mentor training.
• Earn weekly pay during training and after solo driving.
• Operate in Eastern regional dry van fleet with no-touch freight.
