Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to join our Eastern regional dry van fleet. During training you earn $850 weekly, receive one-on-one mentoring, and complete paid orientation until you’re approved for solo driving.

After going solo, expected weekly earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800+. The role features Eastern regional routes, no-touch freight, home time options, company-paid tolls and fuel, 24/7 dispatch, and day-one benefits including medical/dental/vision/life insurance,

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction from an accredited school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation.
• Train one-on-one with a mentor.
• Earn $850 per week during the training phase.
• Move into solo driving with earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week.
• Eastern regional routes with no-touch dry van freight.
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time options.
• Company-paid tolls and fuel program.
• Dispatch support available around the clock.
