10-4 Logistics is currently offering a training-focused pathway for CDL school graduates to start strong in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will train with a mentor, complete paid orientation, and earn weekly during training.

After successful completion, you will operate your own assigned truck with regional routes and weekly or bi-weekly home time options, plus benefits like medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and mentorship program.
• Train one-on-one with a mentor to build regional freight skills.
• Prepare for solo driving with dispatcher support and on-the-job training.
• Transition to solo driving with an assigned truck and regional routes.
