10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to join its Eastern regional dry van fleet. Trainees will work one-on-one with a mentor, receive paid orientation, and complete a mentor program before solo driving.

During training, earn $850 per week. After going solo, expected earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800+ per week with comprehensive benefits and around-the-clock dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a mentor.
• Move into solo driving after training is completed.
• No-touch dry van freight on Eastern regional routes.
